Established in 2004 by a senior team of industry experts with complementary sector and process automation experience. It has grown to a large workforce made up of high qualified engineers with particular experience in the fields of process control, plant automation, SCADA, PLC, telemetry and IT/OT complementary technologies (MES, Analytics, Industrial Networking, Industry 4.0).
The company operates from its Sci-Tech Daresbury head office (Cheshire) and regional offices in Reading, Newcastle, Chesterfield & Swadlincote.
Michael leads Peak Technology Solutions strategic development. This includes company growth initiatives, business development, the adoption of new technologies and front end consultancy. Connected to industry experts and trends, Michael has developed Peak Technology Solutions portfolio of Industry 4.0 Services with track record of successful initiatives in Analytics, IT/OT, Integration, Safety, Security and MES. The company operates in a wide range of sectors, with Michael nurturing the flow of new opportunities. Michael is highly experienced within the industry; he graduated with engineering and masters degree in Automation and Control systems, and is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the IET. He then graduated with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School, before embarking on establishing Peak Technology Solutions with his colleagues.
David has 28 years’ experience in the control systems industry. He is fully responsible for the specification and technical lead of projects. His experience in the utilities and process industries is extensive and covers project management, onsite commissioning and technical lead positions. His core skillset includes direct technical input during commissioning, software development (FDS, SDS, PLC, SCADA), project management, project engineering of control system technology and architecture design. At director level he is responsible for the health and safety procedures for Peak Technology Solutions, is the Thames Water Framework and Northumberland Water Framework director and provides operational support for that work.
Grant is a degree qualified Chartered Engineer who has worked in the control systems industry for 25 years. He possesses particular experience in the process, utilities and subsea oil production industries, covering a wide range of design, implementation and commissioning of control and automation systems. His director level responsibilities cover HR, policies and procedures, operational support for the Theale office, technical support along with the proposals and quotations required for the Thames Water Framework and the wider business. He has recently gained the National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from NEBOSH which has allowed him to promote a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the company.
